Edward E. Mozie, 78, of Yorkville, OH, formerly of Bridgeport, OH, a loving father and grandfather, died Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012 at Rosewood Manor Nursing Home, Yorkville. He was born May 28, 1933 in Warwood, WV a son of the late Louis and Mary T. (Tamburin) Mozie. He was a retired construction worker. Ed was an avid pool player, card player and story teller. He loved fishing and was a U.S. Navy veteran. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Jacquelyn R. (Armitage) Mozie and a son John Mozie. Surviving are his daughter Lora R. (Frank) Zelkowski of Yorkville and two sons Thomas E. (Fiancé- Debbie Zamski) Mozie of Adena and Edward L. (Tamala) Mozie of Yorkville, nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH. Arrangements by Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH.
