Edward F. Mysona 74 of Pleasant Grove died at his home on Thursday September 9, 2010. He was born January 8, 1936 in Adena, a son of the late Edward and Ethel Szilagyi Mysona. He was a retired employee of Consolidated Coal Co., a member of the Colerain VFW post 8848, and a veteran of the US Army. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Matilda Matukonis. Ed was a loving husband to his wife of 48 years Margret Hartmann Mysona, a wonderful father to his three children Edward W. Mysona and his wife Patricia of Dunbarton N.H., Eric S. Mysona and his wife Jennifer of Lebanon, and Diana M. Smith and her husband Tim of Norwich, and also his eight grandchildren, also surviving are two sisters Irene (Don) Freidhof of Florida, and Mary Ann (Pat) Fry of St. Clairsville. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside Sunday September 12, 2010 from 12 till 3 and 6 till 8 pm and also on Monday at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church from 9:30 till time of funeral liturgy with mass at 10:30am. with Fr. Dale Tornes officiating interment in Holly Memorial Gardens Pleasant Grove. Wake will be said Sunday at 7:30 pm at the Funeral Home. Full military graveside will be conducted by the Belmont County Council of the VFW.
