Edward B. Shramek, 79, of Bridgeport, OH passed away August 4th, 2019 at Forest Hills Rehabilitation Center.  He was born June 20, 1940, in Martins Ferry, a son of the late Joseph and Rose (Roskovich) Shramek.

Ed retired from Mobay Chemical in New Martinsville, was Methodist by faith, was a member of the Polish Club in Wolfhurst and the Foresters in Bridgeport, and volunteered as a host for thirteen years at Barkcamp with his wife, Peggy.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Shramek.

Ed is survived by his wife, Peggy (Petschauer) Shramek; daughter, Pamela Shramek-Carpenter of Bridgeport; step-children, Pamela Merritt and Richard (Dawn) Barath Jr. both of Adena; grandchildren, Jessie, Bobby, Jon; step-grandchildren, Richie, Nicole, Britt, Briana, Kylee, Stephen; four great-grandchildren; and four step great-grandchildren.

Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, Bridgeport.
