Elaine Irene Miller, 74, of Martins Ferry, passed away Saturday, June 3, 2023, in Wheeling Hospital.  She was born on September 18, 1948, in Martins Ferry, a daughter of  the late Lawrence Fulton and Irene (Semple) Marsh.  She retired from East Ohio Regional Hospital after many years of service; enjoyed playing Pennies with her Golden Girls; and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.

Elaine is survived by her children, Aaron (Janet) Howard-Miller; Eric (Wendy) Miller; Zac (Stacey) Miller, and Ashley (Cory) Hoskinson; grandchildren, Cierra (Jake), Chianne (Kevin), Sydni, Lilli, Oliver and Nicholas; great grandchildren, Ellison, Eli and Easton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gene M. Miller in 2017; a son, Gene Miller Jr; a brother, Frank Fulton; and a sister, Evelyn Malarski.

Friends may call Monday from 5-7 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home, Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday in the funeral home at 1 pm with Pastor Keith Wahl officiating.  Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery.
