Elizabeth "Liz" Ann White, 70, of Martins Ferry, passed away peacefully in her home on Monday, February 17, 2025. She was born on August 25, 1954, in Tampa, FL, the daughter of the late Paul B. White Sr. and Evada A. (Maguire) Jones.  Liz dedicated many years of her career to Eddie Bauer in Columbus before continuing her work at Walmart in St. Clairsville. She was a kind and compassionate woman with a deep love for animals and a passion for reading, gardening, cooking for the family, crocheting, and knitting. Her resilience was evident in her victorious battle against breast cancer, as she remained a fighter for good and saw the best in everyone.  Liz will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She would always have something nice and interesting to say. Her warmth, generosity, and unwavering spirit will forever be remembered.

Liz is survived by her son, Andrew Williamson; two grandsons Caleb and Zackary Williamson; siblings, Paul B. (Christine) White Jr., Tom (Jen) Tobin, Laura (Tony) Dorsey, Mike Tobin, Blair (Denise) White, Jimmy (Melissa) Jones, Jeanne Fuscardo, Janette (Heidi) Jones-Ball, and Matt (Heather) Jones; her very special aunt, Jane Gordon; her step-mother, Jane White; many nieces and nephews; and her beloved cat, Lucky.

Friends may call Tuesday, February 25, 2025, from 4-7 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home, Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry. Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 11 am in the funeral home, with Liz's brother Blair White officiating. Burial will follow in Upland Cemetery, Yorkville.
