Elizabeth G. "Betty" (Manning) Mills, 88, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH, died Friday, Jan. 4, 2013 at Cumberland Health & Rehabilitation of St. Clairsville, OH. She was born Nov. 8, 1924 in Butler, PA, the daughter of the late Leo and Florence Jean (Anderson) Manning. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Harold M. "Skip" Mills. Surviving are her daughter Marsha (Duane) Norris of Warnock, OH, sons; Matthew (Cyndi) Mills of Columbus, OH and David (Georgia) Leach of Martins Ferry, eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family at Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry.
