Elsie M. (Cooper) Oliver, 90, of Commercial Dr., Bridgeport, OH formerly of First St., Bridgeport, OH died Apr. 12, 2005 at Heartland Lansing Nursing Home, Bridgeport, OH. She was born Jun. 4, 1914 in Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late John and Elsie M. (Seaman) Cooper. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Martins Ferry, OH. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Ernest H. Oliver, a son Ronald E. Oliver, a brother Len Cooper and a sister Jessie Miner. Surviving are a son John C. Oliver and his wife Sylvia of Bridgeport, a daughter Jacquelyn Patterson and her husband Duane of Melbourne, IA, nine grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. Friends will be received Thurs 2-8 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Fri., Apr. 15, 2005 at 1:30 PM with Rev. Joseph Sanders officiating.
