Elsie E. "Dutch" (Long) Wallace, 72, of Springhaven Dr., Martins Ferry, OH died Wednesday, April 4, 2007 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. She was born May 17, 1934 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Heyward and Ruth E. (Murray) Long. She retired as a nurses aide from East Ohio Regional Hospital and was a member of St. Pauls Episcopal Church both of Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter Pamela Stillmak, and a granddaughter Heidi Bazar. Surviving are her husband Phil Wallace, three sons Raymond Eugene (Lori) Bazar, Jr. of Pataskala, OH, Heyward (Tina) Bazar, II, of Martins Ferry, and Christopher Bazar of Rayland, a daughter Janice Imer and her friend Sean Harris of Martins Ferry, a step-son Frank (Karen) Wallace, Jr. of Dexter, Maine, and two step-daughters Phyllis Wallace of Massillon, OH and Paula (Stan) Conrad of Elyria, OH, three sisters Verna Uhrich, Edna (Dick) Taylor, and her twin Rosalie "Huck" Vinci all of Martins Ferry, and her loving pet Misti "Baby". Friends will be received Friday 2-4 & 6-9 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Saturday, April 7, 2007 at 10:00 AM with Rev. John P. Brandenburg officiating. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 611 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH 43935.
