Elwood E. Blair, 56, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died May 5, 2015 at East Ohio Regional Hospital. He was born March 13, 1959 to Thelma Nitzsky Elliott and the late Arthur Blair, Sr.
There will be no visitation and a private service and interment will be at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Kelly Kemp Braido & Patron Funeral Home, Bethesda, Ohio.
