Emma L.(Brown) Martin, 94, of Colerain, OH died Saturday, August 17, 2013 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry, OH She was born Dec. 25, 1918 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late William and Justina (Kramer) Brown. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ward Martin, her son Ronald W. Martin and several sisters and brothers. Surviving are her daughter Patty (Bill) Thoburn of Colerain, OH and eight grandchildren; Melody (Joe) DeFranco, Harmony (George) Misenhelder, Valerie (Howard) Duck, Ward Martin, Ronnie Martin, Todd (Melanie) Thoburn, Jacque (Steve) McDonald and Cara (Brian) Pasco. Graveside Services will be held at the convenience of the family at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH with Rev. Dr. Bill N. Lawrence officiating.
