Ernest Paul Garner, 67, of Martins Ferry, OH went home to be with the Lord on Sunday June 21, 2015. He was born at Martins Ferry, on October 6, 1947, a son of the late Russell and Alberetta Specht Garner. Ernie was retired Vice President of Data Processing at Bank One. In addition to his parents, he is preceeded in death by five siblings. Ernie is survived by his loving brothers and sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews. Because of Ernie's love of America, memorial contributions may be made to Yorkville VFW. Friends will be received Wednesday June 24, 2015, from 10 a.m.until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 102 Main Street, Tiltonsville, OH.
