Essie Lorraine Anderson, 80 of Bridgeport formerly of Blaine, died Saturday February 6, 2016 at Heartland-Lansing Nursing Home Bridgeport. She was born September 9, 1935 in Wheeling, a daughter of the late Elmer L. and Elsie (McEndree) Thomas. She was a member of the Riverview Bible Church Bridgeport, and a Christian. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband Frank Anderson in 2001, a son Franklin Thomas Anderson in 1976, and a daughter Brenda M. Kitzmiller in 2015. Essie is survived by a son-in-law James Kitzmiller of Blaine, a brother Joseph (Debbie) Vodila of Byesville, Ohio, two grandchildren Alison Marie (Justin) Gregorcic, and Austin James Kitzmiller, and a beloved cousin Shirley Cappiot. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Tuesday February 9, 2016 from 3-8 pm, where services will be held on Wednesday at 11 am with Rev.
