Esther L. (Clyde) Kessler, 82, of Ohio Ave., Martins Ferry, OH died Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2012 at Heartland Nursing Home, Bridgeport, OH. She was born Aug. 28, 1930 in Martins Ferry, OH a daughter of the late Thomas and Carrie (Thompson) Clyde. She was first retired from the Clevite Manufacturing Inc, Bridgeport, OH. Esther then retired from Walmart, St. Clairsville, OH where she worked as a greeter. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son Edward Dalton, two brothers Joseph and Lewis Clyde. Surviving are her son Cledis Joseph (Fran) Dalton of Martins Ferry, a special friend Pete Chiudioni, four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
