Ethel Lemmon Ethel (Seabright) Lemmon, 94, of Bell Nursing Home, formerly of Brookside, OH and Harrisville, OH died Sun., July 7, 2002 at Park Health Center, St. Clairsville, OH. She was born Nov. 14, 1907 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late John L. and Winifred (Hope) Seabright. She was a retired registered nurse and a graduate of Ruth Brant School of Nursing. Ethel was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John A. Lemmon, Sr. and a brother Melvin H. Seabright. Surviving are two sons John A. Lemmon, Jr. and his wife Sharon of Ferryview and Donald E. Lemmon and his wife Sondra of St. Clairsville; seven grandchildren Donna Jean Ashton and her husband Terry, Susan Ann Folmar and her husband Dale, Van Allen Lemmon, Debra Lynn Lemmon, Shawn Dee Anderson and her husband Jim, John A. Lemmon, Jr. and his wife Kimberly and Michele King and her husband Brent; ten great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Friends will be received Tues. 3-5 & 7-9 PM at Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Wed., July 10, 2002 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Peter L. Pilger officiating. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.
