Ethel D. (Miller) Micker, 79, of Barnes Rd, Martins Ferry, OH, formerly of Grant Ave, died Wed., Jan. 11, 2006, at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. She was born Aug. 28, 1926 in Florence a daughter of the late Oscar and Dorothy (Goad) Miller. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Martins Ferry and a girl scout leader for many years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband George T. Micker, four brothers John, Dick, Bernard and Russell Miller, and two sisters Bernice Nelson and Edna Burkett. Surviving are a daughter Georgeann Canter and her husband Ray of Martins Ferry, a sister Joan Orkish and her husband Tom of Lansing, OH and two grandchildren R. J. Canter of PA and Kylie Canter of the home. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service, Saturday, Jan. 21, 2006 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church, Martins Ferry, with Rev.
