Eunice Elizabeth (Henry) Spencer, 52, of Bellaire, Ohio, passed away, October 2, 2015 at Ohio Valley Medical Center. She was born June 6, 1963 in Barnesville, Ohio, daughter of the late Robert T. Henry and Patricia A. Tucker Henry. A loving and devoted wife, mother, and sister, Eunice will be sadly missed. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years, William H. Spencer, Jr. and infant brother, Robert T. Henry, Jr. Eunice is survived by her children, William T. (Jamie) Spencer of Dillonvale, Ohio, Lacy A. Spencer, Kayla L. Spencer both of Bellaire, Ohio; aunt, Dora Jean Adkins of Badgersburg, Ohio; sisters, Wanda J. (Fred) Hedger of Bethesda, Ohio, Patricia A. (Buddy) Palmer of Morgantown, West Virginia, and Betty S. (Doug) Elerick of Barnesville, Ohio; several nieces and nephews; and a special great-nephew, Jazon (Boom Boom).
