Evelyn Aubrey, 96, formerly of Martins Ferry passed away Sunday, August 17, 2025, at Steubenville Country Club Manor.  She was born February 23, 1929, in Martins Ferry, the daughter of the late Milburn and Rose McFarland.

Evelyn retired from the business office of the former Wonder Bakery of Wheeling, a Christian by faith and a former member of the First Christian Church of Martins Ferry.  She was adored by her family and was deeply loved by all who knew her.  Evelyn's warmth, kindness, and unwavering support were constants in the lives of those fortunate enough to call her mom, friend, and aunt.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, James Robert Bole, second husband, John Francis Aubrey, sister, Eileen Kitchen, brothers, Lee, and Walter McFarland.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Nancy (David) Kutscher, and Bonnie Bole as well as many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received Tuesday, August 19, 2025, from 11 till time of service at 1pm at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Bridgeport, OH 43912, with Rev. James Hoff officiating.  Burial to follow in Linwood Cemetery, Blaine.
