Evelyn V. (Hall) Smith, 64, of High Ridge Rd., Bellaire, OH died Friday, Feb. 6, 2015 at her residence. She was born Oct. 28, 1950 in Bellaire, OH a daughter of the late Walter and Olive (Cox) Hall. She was an employee of the Bob Evans Restaurant, at the Highlands, Wheeling, WV Surviving are her children; Jim Hindman of Bellaire, Jeani (Greg) Humpe of Yorkville, OH, Gregory (Shelly) Thomas of Newport News, VA and Michelle (Sam) Milhoan of Shadyside, OH, sister, Sharon (Don) Dunfee of Martins Ferry, seven grandchildren; Joelyith and Jocelyn Humpe, Jonathan Armitage Nathaniel Milhoan, JulieAnne Humpe, Sara Milhoan and Gracee Humpe. Friends will be received Monday 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH where services will be Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015 at 11:00 am.
