Evelyn "Jean" Jeannine Anderson, 92, of Bridgeport, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021 in Park Health.  She was born on February 18, 1929 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Robert E. Wolfe and Hilda (Finnicum) Sole.  Jean was a member of the 1st Presbyterian Church in Martins Ferry and worked at Ponderosa Steak House for many years.

She is survived by 3 sons, Mark A. Anderson, David K. (Wendy) Anderson and Christopher J. (Calli) Anderson; a daughter, Pamela D. (Michael) Puskas; 7 grandchildren, Andrea Geilinger, Michael Puskas, Marc Anderson, Bethany Anderson, Whitney Miller, Haley Anderson and Jacob Anderson; several great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Jean was preceded in death by her parents; a stepfather, Earl K. Sole; her husband, Fay E. Anderson; a brother, Robert E. Wolfe and a great grandson, Alijah Anderson-Winland.

Friends may call Friday from 2-8 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside.  Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 am in the funeral home with Reverend David Stammerjohn officiating.  Burial will be at a later date in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
