Exma B. Van Fossen, 89, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born June 23, 1922 in Bethesda, Ohio, daughter of the late Orrie Paul Mann and Vesta Truex Mann. Exma was a lifelong homemaker and a faithful member of Sandy Ridge Church of Christ. She had a passion for quilting. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Carl Van Fossen; an infant sister; and brothers, Robert and Richard Mann. Exma is survived by her daughter, Beverly Winland; and grandson, Chad (Andrea) Winland, all of Barnesville; sisters, Esther Conway of Barnesville, Violet (Henry) Marley of Woodsfield, and Linda Christman of Barnesville; brothers, Allen Mann of Belmont and Dan (Patty) Mann of Quaker City. Interment will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery, Bethesda, Ohio.
