Fan Chan Fan Chan, 23, of S. Third St., Martins Ferry, OH died Fri., Oct. 24, 2003 as the result of an automobile accident. He was born Jan. 3, 1980 in China the son of Shui-Kung Chan and Sau Wa Yeung. Fan was the owner/manager of A New Hong Kong Chinese Restuarant of Martins Ferry. In addition to his parents he is survived by a sister residing in Hong Kong. Private services were held at the convenience of the family.
