Flora E. (Betty Dixon) Rager 79, of Mingo Junction Ohio passed away Sunday June 14, 2020 at Country Club Manor Steubenville. She was born August 27, 1940 in Steubenville, a daughter of the late Walter and Mary (Barnes) Dixon.

She was a housewife and a member of the Pleasant Hills Baptist Church in Steubenville, the Democratic Women, and the Mingo Junction Senior Citizens.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Rager, a son Randell Rager, Brothers John, Clyde and Donald VanKirk, Sisters Donna B. Hope, and Jane Evans.

Betty is survived by her son Raymond (Rebecca) Rager II of Mingo Junction, a Brother Joseph (Betty) Dixon of Toronto, 8 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren also several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Blaschalk-Wilson Funeral Home 115 Union Street Mingo Junction on Saturday June 20, 2020 from 12 noon till 3 pm, with Rev. James Hoff. Interment in Holly Memorial Gardens Pleasant Grove at a later date.
