Flossie Mae Deller, 82, of Bridgeport, Ohio, passed Sunday July 9, 2017 at East Ohio Regional Hospital. She was born in Handley, WV, on June 1, 1935, a daughter of the late Hershel and Dora Bell Lucas Eddy. Flossie was a retired employee of Arizona State College and a member of Church of Christ of St. Clairsville. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Clarence Deller, a son John Winland, a daughter Charlotte Mason, brothers: Orville, Charles and Hobert Eddy and sisters: Lucille Wells and Cynthia Dray. Flossie is survived by a daughter Rose Bougard of Bridgeport, sons: Steven (Pam) Winland of Laurelville, OH, Rick (Connie) of Winland of Dover, PA; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. with services beginning at 3:00 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, OH, with Don Treavway officiating.
