Foster A. Roth Foster A. Roth, 89, of Selby Apts., Martins Ferry, OH, formerly of Wheeling, WV, died Sun., June 9, 2002 at home. He was born Jan. 20, 1913 in Wheeling a son of the late Jacob and Leanora McMahon Roth. He was retired from the former International Harvester of Shadyside and a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife Dolores "Dolly" Bell Roth, his second wife Ann Otto Roth, and three brothers Clarence, Elmer, and Jacob Roth. Surviving are a brother Harry L. Roth of Springfield, OH and two sisters Alice France of Lansing and Leanora Reho of Pittsburgh, PA. Friends will be received Thursday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Fri., June 14, 2002 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Joseph Sanders officiating. Burial follows in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling.
