Frances M. Hall, 94, of Cleveland, OH, formerly of St. Clairsville, OH died May 28, 2019 at the Slovene Home for the Aged in Cleveland.  She was born May 20, 1925, a daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Fatuna) Bambic.  Frances was a Catholic by faith.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Hall, and siblings, Stanley, Joe, Frank, Rudy, Mary, and Rose.  Friends will be received Tuesday, June 4th from 11a.m. until 1p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd.
