Frances A. Bowen 71 of Bridgeport passed away Saturday December 26, 2020 at Trinity Hospital West Steubenville. She was born December 21, 1949 in Martins Ferry, a daughter of the late Frank A. and Laura Pearl (Miller) Gregorcic. She was retired from Alternative and Advanced Health Care St. Clairsville, a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, and a member of the Bridgeport Eagles #995. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William J. Bowen Jr. in 1978, a brother Cecil "Bud' Gregorcic, and sisters Linda Ruskin, and Barbara Jean Gregorcic. Surviving are her sons Robert M. (Nancy) Bowen, William J. Bowen, Chad A. Bowen and his fiancée Ashley Finsley all of Bridgeport, Bruce A. (Billie Jo) Bowen of Smithfield, and Robert L. (Melissa) Bowen of Warnock, brothers Charles (Kathy) Gregorcic of Canton, Frank A. Gregorcic of Bridgeport, John "Mick" (Melissa) Gregorcic of Lansing, a sister Mary Ellen (Doug) Bremer of Indiana, 21 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren, also several nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Friday January 1, 2020 from 9am till time of service at 11am, with Fr.
