Frances R. Ryan, 71, of Martins Ferry, passed away Thursday, December 30, 2021, in Wheeling Hospital. She was born in Martins Ferry on August 25, 1950, a daughter of the late Frank and Ada Murrin. Frances was Presbyterian by faith.

She is survived by her son, Doug Ryan; a daughter, Kari Ryan four grandchildren, Devin Ryan, Sarah Hartline, Andy Piccin, and Adyson Beckett and 3 great grandchildren, Clarissa Worwa, Rayleigh Shreve and Mila Piccin.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Monte G. Ryan in 2013 and a sister, June Green.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to the Wilson Funeral Home, Heslop Chapel 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry.
