Frances C. (Torre) Kaiser, 84, of Martins Ferry, OH, died Thursday, January 30, 2020, at Park Health, St. Clairsville, OH. She was born September 9, 1935 in Messina, Sicily, a daughter of the late Cecco "Frank" and Carmela (Trifilo) Torre.

Frances was a proud graduate of both Martins Ferry High School and the Ruth Brant School of Nursing. She retired from East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry as a Registered Nurse, and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Martins Ferry.

In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Herman M. "Mickey" Kaiser and a sister, Annie DiClemente.. Surviving are her son, Michael J. (Debbie) Kaiser and grandson, Scott M. (Alex Jebbia) Kaiser all of Martins Ferry, her sister, Mary Gitto, her nieces: Carmen Prati-Miller and Donna Winland and brother-in-law, Lou DiClemente.

Family and friends will be received at Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, Monday, from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 10:00 am at St. Mary's Church, Martins Ferry with Rev. Tom Marut officiating. Burial follows at Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry.

Wake services will be held Monday at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to, St. Mary's Catholic Church, 20 N. 4th Street, Martins Ferry, OH 43935.
