Frank Collette, 87, of Martins Ferry, OH died Friday, May 15, 2015 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. He was born Sept. 21, 1927 in Aetnaville, OH a son of the late Thomas and Domincia (Savarese) Collette. He was retired from the former Picoma Industries, Martins Ferry. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Martins Ferry and the Knights of Columbus Council #1421. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Lois B. (Staley) Collette, and brothers; Joseph, Bartholomew "Bert", Neal and Tony Collette. Surviving are his children; Tim (Diane) Collette of Piqua, OH, Frank (Georgine) Collette of Hillard, OH, Chris Collette of New York, NY and Mary Ann Collette of Martins Ferry and grandchildren; Timothy Paul Collette, Elizabeth Rose Collette and Maria Michelle Collette. Friends will be received Monday 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 10:00 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Martins Ferry with Fr. Tom Marut officiating. Burial follows in St. Marys Cemetery, Martins Ferry. Wake services will be recited Monday at 8:00 pm in the funeral home.
