Frank Thomas Harris , Sr., 69, of Morgan Hill Rd., St. Clairsville, OH died Sunday, Aug. 17, 2008 at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, WV. He was born May 8, 1939 in Martins Ferry, OH a son of the late William E. and Grace (Johnson) Harris. He was retired from the Hannibal plant of the Ormet Corporation. Frank was a member of the Sportsman Club, and P.N.A. both of Maynard,OH, and the Belmont Better Hunting and Fishing Club, Piedmont, OH. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by four brothers James and Joe Harris and two infant brothers, four sisters Mary Ellen, May, Hazel and Grace, and a grandchild Kalib Frakowski. Surviving are his wife Rosalie (Fleahman) Harris, two sons Frank (Rose) Harris, Jr of Monroe, MI and Alan Harris of Barnesville, OH, a daughter Kimberly (Kevin) Frakowski of Maynard, OH, three sisters Virginia Bruey, Shirley (Robert) Bell, and Sarah Harris all of Martins Ferry, five grandchildren Erin (Shay) Neddo and Brian (Andrea) Harris all of MI, Allen Harris, Jr. of PA, and Konnor and Kraig Frakowski, of Maynard, OH, and four great grandchildren. Friends will be received Tuesday, 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at 11:00 am with Minister Rod Kasler officiating.
