Frank Klan, III, 62, of Rayland, OH died Saturday, August 15, 2020, in Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. He was born August 17, 1957, a son of the late Mary (Capobianco) and Frank Klan, Jr.

Frank was a retired Truck Driver for Slay Transportation, Sardis, OH.

He was a member of the Teamster Horsemen #40, Motorcycle Club and an Aux. Member of Yorkville V.F.W. Post #4811. Frank was an organ donor.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Frankie J. Klan.

Surviving are his wife, Susan M. (Hildebrand) Klan, his children: Patty (David Wheeler) Myers, of Wheeling, WV, Nikki (Andy) Saiter of Smithfield, OH and Steven (Millie Armbruster) Klan of Rayland, two sisters: Karen Thomas of Rayland and Patty (Roger) Hickey of Toronto, OH, seven grandchildren: Robert Ellis, Damien Armbruster, Kayden Sacco, Drew and Cole Saiter, Jacob Piatt and Bentley Klan.

Due to the Covid-19 protocols, it is requested everyone in attendance wear a mask, maintain social distancing rules, and limit your time inside the building to accommodate other visitors.

Family and friends will be received at Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH, Wednesday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 to 8 p.m. where a private funeral service will be held Thursday, August 20, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Kenn Sickle officiating.
