Frank O. Suriano, 75, of Martins Ferry, OH, died Friday, February 3, 2017 at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, WV. He was born December 30, 1941 in Martins Ferry a son of the late Louis Suriano, Sr. and Amelia (Falbo) Suriano.

Frank began his career as a barber with Frank and Tony's Barber Shop of Wheeling. After a brief time he opened his own shop, the "Uppercut" in Martins Ferry where he served the community for many years.

He was a member of the Martins Ferry Lions Club, honorary member of the Martins Ferry Fire Dept. Liberty Engine Co. and a big supporter of Martins Ferry Athletics and Ohio State Football.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers; Joseph, John, and Anthony "Tony" Suriano and an infant sister.

Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Carol A. (Creamer) Suriano, his daughter, Kelly Suriano (Greg) Wolske of Grove City, OH, grandchildren; Joe (April) Wolske and Meg Wolske, brothers; Vincent (Evelyn) Suriano and Louis (Patti) Suriano both of Martins Ferry, sisters; Elvera Hogue and Emily Ruskowski both of Martins Ferry, his sister-in-law, Lois Suriano of Martins Ferry and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH, Monday 2-8 p.m. where services will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Thomas N. Thomas officiating.
