Frank M. Theurich, 89, of Bridgeport, OH, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH died Monday, Sept. 19, 2011 at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, WV. He was born Feb. 2, 1922 in Martins Ferry a son of the late Frederick C. and Edna Beryl (Stricklin) Theurich. Frank retired from the former Consolidated Aluminum of Hannibal, OH. He was a life long member of the First U. Methodist Church of Martins Ferry, a 64 year member of Ohio City Lodge #486 F. & A. M., a member of the Scottish Rite Valley of Steubenville, and the Martins Ferry Elks Club. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife Mary Jane (Morgan) Theurich, brothers Charles, Fred, Eugene, and Edmund Theurich, and a step-son William Roberts III. Surviving are his wife Dessie (Suppes) Roberts Shrieve Theurich and her children Kim (Lou) Nagy of Bridgeport, Bob (Carla) Roberts of St. Clairsville, OH, and Mark (Sheryl) Roberts of West Jefferson, OH, and her grandchildren Michael and Adam Roberts, Chelsie (Shalin) Roberts-Stidd and Tanner Roberts, and great grandchildren Ava, Braylen, and Brennen. He is also survived by his son David (Shirley) Theurich of West Chester, OH, granddaughter Amy (Tom) Ingram of New Smyrna Beach, FL, and a great-grandson Cayden Thomas Ingram. A Memorial Service for family and friends will be held Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011 at 1:00 pm at the First U. Methodist Church, Third and Clay St., Martins Ferry, OH. Committal will be at the convenience of the family at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to the First U.
