Obituary

Frank E. Ward, Jr. , 62, of Martins Ferry, OH, died on Friday, Aug. 17, 2018 at his residence. He was born Sept. 23, 1955, in Martins Ferry, a son of the late Frank E. Ward, Sr and Ella M. (Heath) Ward.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Tanya Neal.
Surviving are his best friend and loving companion Sheila Mills, his brothers; Richard A. Ward of Wheeling, WV, Jody L. (Ronda) Ward of Maynard, OH and Phillip K. Ward of Yorkville, OH, his sisters; Michelle (Wesley) Neal, Sr., of St. Clairsville, OH, and Donna (Thomas) Mick of Martins Ferry.
Friends will be received Monday, August 20, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a Memorial Service at 6:00 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH with Rev. David Stammerjohn officiating.
Internment will be at the convenience of the family.
