Frank E. Yanczura, 80, passed after a long fought battle with several illnesses on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 8:10 a.m. at The Ohio State University Hospital in the Zusman Hospice Center. He was married on June 9, 1956 to Betty Cesario Yanczura. He was preceded in death by his son, Harry Yanczura, parents John &Kathryn (Bandyk) Yanczura, by his brothers Joe, John, Ed and Louie Yanczura and two sisters Mary Tomasi and Josephine Ragets. Frank has six children; Stan Yanczura (Pam) of Marysville, Ohio, Fran of Piney Fork, Ohio, Toni Fillippi (Joe) of Dillonvale, Ohio, daughter-in-law Denise Yanczura of Johnstown, Ohio, Lori Binkiewicz (Bill) of Dillonvale, Ohio and Dan Yanczura of Johnstown, Ohio.He has nine grandchildren; Anita Yanczura Chillog, Amy Walkenspaw, Sarah Fillippi Baldwin, Linda Fillippi McWilliams, Gina Fillippi, Meagan Yanczura, Hunter Binkiewicz, Emily Yanczura and Hayden Binkiewicz.He has seven great-grand children; Steven, Ella and Alena Chillog, Jordan and Luke Baldwin, and Ben and Sam Walkenspaw. Frank was a devoted husband of 57 years, a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a member of St. Adlbert's Catholic Church and a lifetime member of Pine Valley Sportsman Club. He was a retired coal miner from United Miners Local 1376 and Labors Union 809. He was known by many and loved by all. Friends and family are invited to celebrate Frank's life at Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second Street, Dillonvale, Ohio on Friday, April 25th from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, April 26th at 12 noon at St. Adalbert Catholic Church, Dillonvale with Rev.
