Franklin E. Jeffers, 61, of Bethesda, OH, was killed in a semi accident on March 17, 2013. He was born September 12, 1951 in Bellaire, OH to Joseph E. Jeffers and Margaret P. Brown Jeffers. Frank was a Methodist by faith. He was a loving father, fiance, and grandfather. He was an avid NASCAR fan, who didn't like to miss a race. He loved to read, especially the "Green Tab", looking for special finds He was employed by DistTech, a division of Kenan Advantage Group, as a tanker driver. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Paul, Robert, Dave, and Howard Jeffers. Frank is survived by his fiance, Sheila Van Horn; son, Jerry (Brianna Mankin) Jeffers of Bethesda, OH; daughter, Stacey Woollard of Barnesville, OH; Jerry and Stacey's mother, Cindy Norman; Sheila's children, Crystal (Bill) Cline, Wade (Sandra) Van Horn of Belmont, OH, and Jay (Nicole) Van Horn of Bethesda, OH; grandchildren, Nathan and Alex Woollard, Ammilee Jeffers, Harlee Owens, Sidney, Xavier, Haley and Jaxon Van Horn; many nieces and nephews; and Richard Jeffers of Richmond, IN, Roger (Darlene) Jeffers of New Paris, OH, Jim (Linda) Jeffers of Glencoe, OH, Elaine (Richard) McLaren of Mercersburg, PA, Pauline (Albert) Ross of Barton, OH, and Marilyn (Jim) Holland of Martins Ferry, OH. Family and friends are welcome to visit, Saturday from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 3 p.m., Kelly Kemp Braido & Patron Funeral Home, 702 East Main Street, Barnesille, OH. Reverend John Jackson will be officiating. Interment will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery, Bethesda, OH.
