Boner, Freda Virginia (Fehr), 93, of Bridgeport, Ohio, passed Friday January 17th, 2014, at her home. She was born on October 3rd, 1920, at home in Lansing, Ohio, the daughter of the late Margaret and Harry Fehr. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Boner, Jr., a son James Glen Boner, brothers John Fehr, William Fehr, Teddy Fehr, Alvin Fehr, and Robert Fehr, and sisters Mildred Meek, and Kathryn Taylor. Freda was an active member of the Lansing United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday School for many years, was a member of the choir, and served on many committees. She was a sports fan, especially the Bridgeport Bulldogs. She was devoted to her church and her family. Freda is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Margi and Mark Bolinger of Colerain, Ohio, her grandchildren Kristen (Aaron) Rodocker, Heather (James) Skender, and Shane and Jarrett Bolinger and her great- grand-child Ivy Skender. She is also survived by her sisters Margaret Franke, and Glenna Sabies. Also a sister-in-law Jean Fehr , and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Tuesday 4-8 P.M. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio. Services will be held Wednesday at 11 A..M. at the Lansing United Methodist Church with Rev. Julianne Gebbie, officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lansing United Methodist Church.
