Frederick "Bud" P. Delman, 91, of Belmont, OH, passed Friday December 18, 2015 at Valley Hospice South, Liza's Place, Wheeling, WV. He was born May 10, 1924, a son of the late Fred J. and Anna P. Rueckle Delman. He was a retired Vice President with Marsh Wheeling Stogies with 58 years of service, and a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his 1st wife Anna Lee Martin Delman; and a sister Helen Workman. Fred is survived by his wife Marilyn Hinkle Delman; a son James (Brenda) Delman; a brother Robert Delman, both of Bridgeport; a sister Betty Harper of Polk, OH, stepchildren: Brad (Karen) Hinkle, Gretchen (Mike) Keylor; grandchildren: Brad (Diana) Delman, Jennifer (John) Newell, Melissa (Fred) Cybulski, Cayla (Kenneth) DeLeau, Lori Keylor, Angie (Bruce) Sommers, Abby French; ten great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. Friends will be received Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, OH, and also on Monday 1:00 until time of service at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home, with Rev.
