Frederick M. "Mickey" Kramer, 69, of Martins Ferry, OH died Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Belmont Community Hospital, Bellaire, OH. He was born December 20, 1946 in Martins Ferry, OH a son of the late Fred and Virginia J. (Oliver) Kramer. He was employed by Devendras Auto Care and Tire Center. Surviving are his wife of 45 years Sue (Fields) Kramer, children, Jennifer Lynn (Scott) Wojtasek of Wheeling, WV and Rob (Trisha) Kramer of Bethesda, OH, brother, Bruce (Joan Ellen) Kramer of Martins Ferry, sisters, Cindy Robson of Bellaire, OH, Nancy (Gary) Hudson of Woodsfield, OH and Wendy Kramer of Martins Ferry and granddaughter, Delaney Kramer. Friends will be received at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH Tuesday, August 23, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. until time of service at 5:00 p.m. with Rev. Thomas N.
