Gary W. Hathaway, 53, of Center St., formerly of Florence, Martins Ferry, OH, died Thursday, Sept. 24, 2009 at East Ohio Regional Hospital Long Term Care, Martins Ferry. He was born Mar. 1, 1956 in Martins Ferry a son of the late George N. and Janice L. (Robinson) Hathaway. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Martins Ferry. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Kenneth S. Hathaway. Surviving are his brothers George (Judy) Hathaway of Colerain Pike and Virgil (Melinda) Hathaway of San Diego, CA, and his sisters Sandy (Bob) Barris of Martins Ferry, Deborah (Victor) DeVault and Tammy (John) Holmes both of Farmington, OH. Friends will be received Friday, 2-4 & 6-8 pm and Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009 noon until time of services at 1:00 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH with Rev.
