Obituary

Gary David Marinacci, 74 of Bridgeport passed away suddenly Thursday, May 4, 2023.  He was born April 3, 1949, in Bellaire, the son of the late Quinno and Ann (Krivosucky) Marinacci.

He was retired from J & R Excavating as a Heavy Equipment Operator, was a veteran of the United States Navy serving in the Vietnam Conflict, a member of the New Martinsville Moose Lodge, the former Colerain VFW and was catholic by faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Quinn Marinacci, Jim McNutt, and Lee Ann Krob.

Gary was a man of many talents and interest he loved boating, water-skiing, The Ohio State Buckeye's, and the Italian Flag, however his greatest joy came from spending time with his family.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 35 years, Kimberly Lee (Grimm) Marinacci, sons, Dan (Crystal) Edgell of Bridgeport, David (Elizabeth) Marinacci of Moundsville, WV, grandchildren, Faith Pritt, Dylan and Brooklyn Edgell, great-grandchildren, Aviana Pritt-Albus and Naomi Williams and many nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, from 2-4 and 6-8 with funeral services on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at 11am at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, OH 43912, Angel Regel officiating. Burial to follow at Linwood Cemetery, Blaine.  Military Honors performed by the Belmont County Veterans Association.
