Gaudelia A. Romero, 62, of Barnesville, Ohio, died Friday, August 26, 2016 at Liza's Place. Born in the Philippines on September 29, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Thomas M. Abad and Carmen S. Ramos Abad. Gaudelia is survived by her husband of 38 years, Nestor Romero of Barnesville, Ohio; daughters, Jeanette (Elliot) Forrest of San Diego, California, Jessica Romero of Barnesville, Ohio; granddaughter, Romee; sister, Carmelita (John) Benson of Chesapeake, Ohio; and brother Thomas (Alma) Abad, Jr. of Barnesville, Ohio. A selfless and loving person, Gaudelia was a devout Catholic with remarkable faith, continually relying on God's grace. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Gaudelia's family will receive guests on Monday from 10 to 11 a.m. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated beginning at 11 a.m., Kelly Kemp Braido Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory, 702 East Main Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
