Geneva I. Balvin, 98, of Dillonvale, OH passed away October 24th, 2016 at Heartland Lansing Nursing Home. She was born August 2, 1918, a daughter of the late Guy and Nancy (Frazier) Robinson. Geneva was a member of Dillonvale Presbyterian Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Balvin in 1987; brothers Arthur and George Robinson; and sisters; Francis Robinson, Edith Gura, Ethel Black, and Ruby Butch. Geneva is survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received, Saturday, October 29th from 9am until time of service at 11am at Wilson Funeral Home, 154 2nd St. Dillonvale, OH 43917.
