Obituary

George R. Hamilton, 77, of Byesville, Ohio, died Monday, May 30, 2016 at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center. He was born October 28, 1938, son of the late Wayne Hamilton and Nellie Fulton Hamilton. A retired machinist from Met-Tech Industries, George was an avid collector of everything and anything. He had a great passion for helping others and loved riding his motorcycle. He was a member of the Kirkwood Lodge #0446. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Beverly Hamilton; second wife, Wilma Swallie Hamilton; and brother, Robert Hamilton. George is survived by his daughters, Cindy (Jack) Milner of Morristown, Ohio, Debbie (Chad) Burghy of Bethesda, Ohio; grandchildren, Stephanie, Missy, C.J., Kendl; seven great-grandchildren; and special friend and companion, Kay Clay. George will be sadly missed by all those, whose lives he touched. Family and friends are welcome to visit, Thursday from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m., Kelly Kemp Braido Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory, 322 N. Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio, where the service for George will be conducted, Friday at 11 a.m. Reverend Deborah Bolen officiating. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery in Morristown, Ohio. A Masonic Service will be conducted at the funeral home, Thursday at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of George to the charity of the donor's choosing. Family and friends are welcome to visit, Thursday from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m., Kelly Kemp Braido Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory, 322 N. Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio. A Masonic Service will be conducted at the funeral home, Thursday at 7 p.m.

Interment

Interment will follow at Union Cemetery in Morristown, Ohio.
