George W. Howard, of Glen Robbins, Ohio, passed Monday January 27, 2014 at home. He was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio on April 14, 1953, a son of the late George Howard Sr. and Delores Kolakowski Howard. George was an employee of BB&R Drilling, and a U. S. Navy Veteran. He is survived by sister: Debra Starr of Glen Robins, OH brother: Anthony Howard (Cindy) of Glen Robins, OH sister: Cathy Howard of Hornlake, Mississippi brother: Ronald Howard (Tammy) of Glen Robbins, OH brother: David Howard of Van Wert, Ohio sister: Vickie Caplinger of Glen Robbins, grandson Niel Gilbert and numerous nieces and nephews.
