George A. Keadle, 69, of Candlewick Lane, Moundsville, WV, formerly of Fulton Rd., Colerain, OH died Thur., Mar. 10, 2005at Heartland-Lansing Nursing Home, Bridgeport, OH. He was born Dec. 21, 1935 in Martins Ferry, OH a son of the late John Edward and Myrtle (Brooks) Keadle. He was retired from Tri-State Ice, Colerain, and a Protestant. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Martha Mae (Haynes) Calhoun Keadle, a brother Roger C. Keadle, and two sisters Mary Kot and Joanne E. Saus. Surviving are a daughter Georgia Lee Keadle and her fiancee Steven Harvey of Glen Dale , WV, three brothers John M. Keadle of Martins Ferry, William E. Keadle of Cheyenne, WY, and Phillip B.(Judy) Keadle of Xenia, OH, two sisters Jean (Ohmer) Swart of Marion, OH and Esther (Thomas) Hartshorn of Hickory, NC, two granddaughters Tori Patterson and Michelle Lucey, and also additional step-children, step grandchildren, step great grandchildren. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with Rev. Ohmer Swart officiating. Interment at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.
