George E. Konikowski, 86, of Rayland, OH, passed away March 23, 2021 at his home.

He was born September 9, 1934, in Hamtramck, MI, a son of the late Leo and Helen (Moleski) Konikowski.

George was a former plant manager for Centre Foundry in Warwood, WV, and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Martins Ferry.  He was a U.S. Army Veteran.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lorene Matthews Konikowski.

George is survived by his children, Tom (Brenda) Konikowski of Taylor, MI, Sharon Hanson of Columbus, OH, Sue (Al) Aday of Riverview, MI, and Mary Konikowski of Rayland, OH; two grandsons; two granddaughters; and three great-grandchildren.

Private interment at the convenience of the family.
