George Edward Millianoes, 60, of Martins Ferry, passed away Friday, March 25, 2022, in Wheeling Hospital. He was born on October 28, 1961, in Martins Ferry a son of the late George and Mary Jane "Snooky" (Antill) Millianoes. He was employed by CMT Electric and formerly employed for 26 years by C & H Building Contractors. George was a member of the Martins Ferry Band Boosters and was a Scout Master of Martins Ferry Boy Scout Troop 62. He was also an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and fisherman.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce (Higgs) Millianoes; two sons, Brian (Melissa) Millianoes and Jonathan (Mandy) Millianoes; two sisters, Shari Mamone and Tina (David) Chambers and 4 granddaughters, Melody, Lilith, Heather, and Jacilyn.

George was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Manuel Millianoes.

Friends may call Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home, Heslop Chapel 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry. A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 11 am in the funeral home with Reverend Van Fisher officiating.
