George Thomas Rouse Sr., 68, of Mingo Junction, Ohio, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Saturday November 26, 2011 at home. He was born in Mingo Junction on December 7, 1942, a son of the late Jack and Jessie Lodge Rouse. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 2 nephews. George was a retired plumber from Hinkle Contracting, an avid hunter and fisherman and a member of the GKL Sportsmans Club; lately instead of hunting, he now enjoyed tending his wild critters. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 47 years Dolores Harris Rouse; two sons: George T. Rouse Jr. and Raymond J. (Sandi) Rouse , all of Mingo Junction; a daughter Lisa A. Pinkerton (David Hinerman) of Steubenville; five brothers, three sisters: 22 nieces and nephews; and four grandsons: Joseph M. Pinkerton; Justin T. Pinkerton; Shayne M. Rouse; Steven R. Rouse. Friends will be received Tuesday November 29, 2011 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Blaschalk-Wilson Funeral Home, 115 Union Avenue, Mingo Junction, Ohio.
