Gerald Franklin Criswell Jr., 64 of Mt Pleasant, passed away on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 in his residence surrounded by his family.  He was born on January 22, 1954 in Wheeling, WV, a son of the late Gerald F. and Martha (Dinger) Criswell Sr.  He was a 1972 graduate of Martins Ferry High School and was an avid Ohio State Football fan, motorcyclist and a car enthusiast.

He is survived by his daughter, Jessica (Joe) Keller of Mt. Pleasant; a brother, Tim (Lynnie) Criswell; two sisters, Linda (Mike) Lotz and Dianne Criswell; 2 grandchildren, Brandon and Emily Keller; his friend and ex-wife, Ginny Mitchell; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Bridgeport.  Funeral services will be held Saturday at 4 pm in the funeral home, with Pastor Joe Younkins officiating.
